Build & grow
Miles Francis
He's been the talent. He's been in the room with the brand. Now he's building the company.
Miles knows how brands value attention, because he's been on both sides of the deal. He built a YouTube audience as a teenager, worked on the brand side at BCG and Fanatics, and now runs Brand Muse, an AI company that helps brands decide which creators and talent to partner with.
CreatorHe built the audience first.
At 13, Miles started a Madden NFL channel on YouTube and grew it to 40K subscribers and 4M views.
Where it helps you
- What makes an audience actually show up
- Content that grows your platform on purpose
Brand sideHe's sat where the checks get written.
Miles worked in BCG's technology, media and telecom practice, then at Fanatics, where he ran creator and organic social analytics for executives: which talent and content actually moved fans and sales.
Where it helps you
- How brands size up an athlete, beyond follower count
- What a brand really wants from a partnership
- Pressure-testing an endorsement offer
FounderNow he's building the company.
In February 2026 Miles founded Brand Muse, an AI creator marketing strategist platform. It tracks competitors, trends and creator content, then tells large consumer brands which creator bets to make, with the reasoning shown. He's had 170+ customer conversations building it.
Where it helps you
- Going from idea to product to first customers
- Starting a brand instead of just endorsing one
Builds rooms for othersCommunity has always been part of the job.
At Louisville he founded Cardinal Consulting, a nonprofit student consulting firm that raised about $100K in sponsorships to fund student scholarships. At HBS he started Founder Friday, a weekly founder meetup that grew to 20–25 regulars, and he organizes founder events for the Entrepreneurship Club.
